IMAGE TO 3D AI
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Image to 3D AI collects, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you use our website and AI services.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication information, and language preference; the images, 3D files, prompts, settings, and other uploads you submit; generated models and related task data; purchase, subscription, and transaction records; messages you send to support; and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, access times, and service interactions.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, process generation and editing requests, store and deliver results, process purchases, provide support, send service messages, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, measure service reliability, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
AI inputs and outputs
Your uploads, prompts, and generated outputs are processed by us and the infrastructure or AI providers needed to perform the feature you request. Do not submit material that you are not authorized to use or information that you do not want processed as part of an AI task.
Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with vendors that provide cloud hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, security, and customer support. Payment card details are handled by payment processors rather than stored directly by us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, or transfer of the business. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own unrelated purposes.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar local technologies for sign-in, security, language and interface preferences, checkout continuity, and other essential service functions. Where analytics or other optional technologies are enabled, applicable consent controls and browser settings can be used to manage them.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal information. You can update available account settings or request account deletion through the product. For other requests, contact support@imageto3dai.io. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
International data transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and provide additional notice when required. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@imageto3dai.io.
